First question to ask yourself: am I still free from August 1 to 9, 2020? If yes, get up and dance, then continue reading. The event will be held entirely in English and for that you need a sufficiently high level of English in order to fully enjoy MAGIS. So, get your diary and mark August 1-9, 2020 - and then don’t forget to register here.

Dates of the event

From the 1st to the 9th of August 2020.

  • Ignatian experiments: from the 1st to the 7th of August, in Hungary, Slovakia, Austria and Romania
  • Closing Magis Festival: from the 7th to the 9th of August, in Miskolc, Hungary

People arrive individually to the place of their experiment before 5pm on the 1st of August. At the end of the experiments (August 7) Magis organizes the travel to the Magis Festival (Miskolc, Hungary). Departure can be planned for after lunch on Sunday, August 9.

Age of participants

MAGIS Europe 2020 aims at young adults, aged from 18 to 35. There is no exception for people under 18 years by any means. Note that the upper age limit does not apply to consecrated persons, organizers, helpers, and that there may be other exceptions agreed on with the organizing team. Participation fee

The participation fee is EUR 130,00. The participation fee for volunteers and consecrated persons is EUR 70,00.

The price includes the entire stay with accommodation, food, event merchandise and transportation from the experiment to the closing event in Miskolc. The price does not include the transportation from your country and back – this you have to arrange yourself.

Participants in need may apply for a reduced fee if they can provide convincing justification.
