Magis Central Europe 2014 Hungary

Magis Central Europe 2014 was held between 19-27 of July 2014. There were about 150 participants from 12 countries. The common language was English. The program was organized by the Jesuits and Ignatian sister congregations of Hungary, Slovakia, and Romania.

It was possible to choose from 14 experiments. There were art experiments (theater, film, dance) in Turgu Mures (Romania), Ignatian spiritual exercises in Csobánka (Hungary) and pilgrimage in Csíksomlyó (Romania), two in Slovakia, icon painting in Kosice (SK), ecological in Ivanka (SK), social (playing with gipsy children) was in Miskolc (Hungary), Taize and Spiritual dance and Living Stones and Service experiments were in Budapest.

The final Magis festival was between 24-27 in Budapest, the capital of Hungary.

There was a collaboration with Magis in Ireland (6-17 of August), the two event had common theme: “Many gifts one Spirit”, homepage and facebook page.
