Finding God through art and nature

Arts
Finding God through art and nature

Description

The experience in Cluj is based on two main elements: firstly, making different kinds of clay pottery artworks such as different kinds of pots. The second is based on the contact with horses, riding and taking care of them, spending time in nature, cooking, praying and sleeping in a Yurtha tent (Mongolian tent for 15 people, in which it is also possible to make fire).

The first three days we will be in the Manresa Retreat Center of the city of Cluj (Romania). The town is situated in the center of the country, at 351 km from Budapest and 324 km from Bucharest. It is the town of the youth, with 200,000 students. Our Retreat Center Manresa was built in 2002 at a walking distance of 30 min from the city center. The other three days we will spend in the nature at a place called Stana, which is at 40 min by train from the city. It is a good quiet place with very friendly animals.
